1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PNRev's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, you are not authorized to use or access the PNRev service.

2. Description of Service

PNRev is a cloud-based platform that automates the processing and validation of Passenger Name Records (PNRs) against airline commission contracts for travel agencies. Our service includes:

  • Automated PNR processing and commission calculation
  • Airline contract management and intelligence
  • Dashboard and reporting features
  • API access for integrated workflows

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy & Liability

Our platform uses automated data extraction and artificial intelligence to assist in matching Passenger Name Record (PNR) details with airline contract terms and calculating commission amounts. While we strive for high accuracy, the results are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions.

The output of this tool does not constitute legal, financial, or accounting advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for commercial or compliance decisions. Users remain fully responsible for reviewing, validating, and confirming all commission data against the applicable airline contracts, fare rules, and industry regulations (e.g., IATA/ARC).

By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that the platform, its developers, and affiliates will not be liable for any losses, penalties, Agency Debit Memos (ADMs), or other charges resulting from reliance on the tool's outputs.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use PNRev only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction regarding online conduct and acceptable content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the service to compete with PNRev or develop competing products

6. Data Processing and Confidentiality

PNRev processes PNR data and airline contracts on behalf of travel agencies. We understand the sensitive nature of this information and commit to:

  • Process data only as instructed by the travel agency
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all uploaded contracts and PNR data
  • Implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
  • Comply with applicable data protection regulations

7. Payment Terms

PNRev operates on a credit-based system:

  • PNR credits are consumed for each PNR processed
  • Contract upload fees apply as specified in your plan
  • Monthly subscription fees are due in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

8. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a free trial including:

  • 10 PNR processing credits
  • 2 contract upload credits
  • Full access to dashboard features

Free trial credits expire after 30 days of account creation.

9. Service Level and Support

While we strive to provide reliable service, PNRev is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for:

  • 99.9% uptime for our service
  • Email support response within 24 hours
  • Priority support for Expert and Enterprise plans

10. Limitation of Liability

PNRev's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Business interruption
  • Commission calculations that result in financial loss

11. Intellectual Property

PNRev retains all rights to its platform, algorithms, and technology. Users retain ownership of their uploaded data and contracts. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the contracted services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate service with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Access to the platform will be revoked
  • Unused credits are forfeited
  • User data will be retained for 90 days then securely deleted
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email and continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
